Error description

• PROBLEM:
  
  While Maximo is validating a skip processing rule on
  the publish channel.
  
  If the event listener is enabled and you
  change the TARGCOMPDATE of the Work Order from a value to NULL
  it gets an error.
  
  BMXAA4160E - A major exception has occurred.
  Check the system log to see if there are any companion errors
  logged. Report this error to your system
  administrator.

  STEPS TO
  REPRODUCE:
  
  1.) Go the the Publish Channel application and
  search for "MXWOInterface" publish channel
  
  2.) Create a SKIP
  Rule and enable it with the following information:
  
  Add/Modify
  Conditions:
  
  XML Field
  Field: TARGCOMPDATE
  Evaluation Type:
  NONE
  Evaluate When: NOTCHANGED
  
  3.) Save the Publish Channel
  and Enable Listener
  
  4.) Create a new Work Order and save.
  
  5.)
  In the scheduling section set a Target Start and Target
  Finish.
  
  6.) Save the record
  
  7.) Remove the Target Finish
  
  8.)
  Try to save again and the error is received:
  
  BMXAA4160E - A
  major exception has occurred. Check the system log to see if
  there are any companion errors logged. Report this error to
  your system administrator.
