APAR status

Error description

  • The QRadar ecs-ec-ingress service (used to collect events) can
    experience Out Of Memory occurrences when Microsoft Office 365
    Message Trace log sources are in use (enabled) and large
    volumes of events are being ingested by the log source at
    initial startup.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
