APAR status

Error description

  • The QRadar Deploy function overwrites the SAR Sentinel
    notification configuration tunings for each Managed Host in the
    deployment with that of the Console.
    This can cause erroneous SAR Sentinel "system load"
    notification messages to be generated for some QRadar Managed
    Hosts.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.

  • This issue was fixed in QRadar QRM QVM release of 7.4.1 FixPack
    1 and 7.4.2.
