IJ25900: [WORKCENTER MOBILE] IN WO DETAIL PAGES USER CAN CLICK THE STOP BUTTON AGAIN IN THE FOOTER

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  While in the WO Details page, if the user clicks the Stop
  button in the footer while on a mobile device, clicks on 'No,
  stop only' to view the start and stop times input, the user can
  click the Stop button again in the footer, which opens the stop
  dialog again above the date selection
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. For any work order in progess, while in the WO Details page,
  click the Stop button in the footer banner
  2. Click the 'No, stop only' option
  3. Click the Stop button again in the footer banner
  
  CURRENT RESULT:
  Can click stop button again while the first stop dialog is on
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Not to be able to click stop button again once stop is clicked

  two pop-up comes together "no-stop only" and "date input" ,
  which should not be. only one pop-up should open at a time
  On clicking on Stop button again, date input pop-up will close
  and "no stop only" popup will open again
