Error description

  • PROBLEM:
Clicking to start a work order, then going to another unstarted
work order, and using the arrows beside the work order number
in the header to navigate back to the work order that was
previously started, will still be displaying the Start button
instead of the Stop button, and clicking to Start it again will
bring up an error saying the timer has already been started.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. In the work orders List page, select a work order that has
    not yet been started
    2. Click the Start button to start the work order
    3. Return to the work order List page, and select another work
order which has not yet been started
    4. Using the chevron arrows on the header of the Details page
for the work order, scroll through the work orders until you
reach the previous work order you started in steps 1 and 2
    5. The Start button will still be visible instead of a Stop
button, click the Start button to attempt starting the work
    order again
    6. Error pops up 'BMXAA2553E - Timer already started'
    7. Click ok. Now you see the button is changed to Stop

    CURRENT RESULT:
Start/Stop button is showing the status of first workorder
    opened from list page

    EXPECTED RESULT:
Start/Stop button to show correctly for the each workorder
    number

    ENVIRONMENT:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1 Build 20190514-1348
    DB Build V7611-365
