• DESCRIPTION: Large number of connection leaks are observed in
  the dbconnection watchdog for the Start center code.

  REPRODUCE:
  Use links in the resultsets to navigate to the
  records in the Start Center applications.
  
  RESULT:
  Dbconnection
  watchdog generates warnings that the Java class connection has
  leaked the resource by calling the MBOSet isEmpty()
  method.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Dbconnection should not be
  leaked.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in StartCenterAppBean.java, AppBean.java, and
