IJ24976: [WORKCENTER MOBILE ISSUE] TIME TAB SCROLLS TO THE BOTTOM

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  When you select report work from the main screen (WO card), you
  are taken to the time tab, but on some devices it will scroll
  to the bottom.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Open workorder details
  2. Scroll to bottom
  3. Click report work
  4. Time tab opened with very bottom record
  ** If you skip step 2 then time tab will open with top of the
  page
  
  
  
  CURRENT RESULT:
  Time tab is scrolled to the bottom at first open
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Time tab not to scroll to bottom when first opened
  
  
  ENVIRONMENT:
