IJ24975: [WORKCENTER MOBILE ISSUE] ON SOME DEVICES, THE OPTION TO PINCH AND ZOOM IS AVAILABLE

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  On some devices, the option to pinch and zoom is available, as
  is the ability to scroll from right to left and move the
  application off the screen.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Login to Work Execution work center from device
  2. In Work Order, under 'Report My Work'  scroll from right to
  left.
  
  
  CURRENT RESULTS:
  This moves the application off the screen, showing only the
  blue background
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Pinching and zooming shouldn't be allowed. Also shouldn't be
  able to scroll the content all the way off the page by swiping
  right to left.
  
  
  ENVIRONMENT:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.1 Build 20190514-1348
  DB Build V7611-365
  Device : Occurs with iOS 12, iPhone X, Safari
