APAR status

Error description

  • ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    Hover Dialogs pop up and disappear so fast that users cannot
    get any information.
    
    PROBLEM:
    When viewing record hover information, the record information
    will appear, then disappear, appear, disappear, appear,
    disappear.
    This is happening on the list tab for the bottom records of a
    List tab of an application. This is happening in all
    applications and apparently to the last 3-4 records of the List
    tab page.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1- Open Maximo as maxadmin
    2- Go to Service Requests app
    3- Hit enter, so you can see all records. Note that you can see
    20 records per page by default
    4- Hover the mouse over the Reported by field in the FIRST LINE
    and do not move it. You will see the record information for the
    Reported by
    5- Now, scroll down to the LAST LINE of the page, and repeat
    step 4. You will see that the record information will appear,
    then disappear, appear, disappear, appear, disappear.
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    The record information will appear, then disappear, appear,
    disappear, appear, disappear.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The record information will appear and stay on the screen.
