Error description
ERROR DESCRIPTION: Problem details: ================= An asset that was shipped from the Bedford site to Fleet and has a status of Decommissioned can have its status changed to Operating for Bedford site and can be used on work orders on the Bedford site. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: =================== Go to Item Mater app, create a new Item (STAT_1), check the "Rotating" box, Order Unit=EACH, Issue Unit=EACH. Change the Item status to ACTIVE, check "Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory?". Click "Add Items to Storeroom" action. Add to BEDFORD site, CENTRAL storeroom. Click "Add Items to Storeroom" action. Add to FLEET site, ATLANTA storeroom. Go to Assets app, create a new asset (STAT_1). In Rotating Item, select the Item created above. In Location field, select CENTRAL. Change the Asset status to OPERATING. Go to Inventory Usage app, create a new record (1065). Usage Type=TRANSFER, from Storeroom CENTRAL. Click New Row, in Item field select the Item created above. In Rotating Asset, select the Asset created above. To Site=FLEET, To Storeroom=ATLANTA. Save the record. Change the status to SHIPPED. Go to Assets app and open the Asset created above. The status will be DECOMISSIONED. Change the status to OPERATING. Go to Work Order Tracking, create a new Work Order and in the Asset field, select the asset created above. Save the record. Change the Default Insert Site to FLEET. Go to Locations app, and create a new Location of type HOLDING to receive the item. Go to Shipment Receiving app, open the record generated previously by the Inventory Usage. Click the Select Shipped Items button, select the Item. Save the record. Click the Receive Rotating Items action. Select the Asset on the list and click OK. The message "BMXAA0154E - Open Work Order exists for the asset AST1_0001. Close/Cancel the Work Order WO1_0001 before moving the asset and its assemblies." will be displayed. EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: ==================== A decommissioned asset's status should not be changed back to Operating.
