Error description

  • When mapping an SSP-backed LU to a vhost adapter, user sees the
following error message:

Unable to create mapping:
Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfg_vt_ngdisk):
        0514-047 Cannot access a device.

And there will be an eror log from the vhost adapter with the
following Abstract:

relative port id does not match those previously specified for
this vhost adapter
