  In Maximo Anywhere Services request you can create a
  Service Request locally and transmit it back to Maximo even
  though the required fields have not be input.
  
  Steps to
  Reproduce:
  
  1. Log in to Service Request
  2. Create new SR
  3.
  Fill in the summary, but don't fill in the required
  description
  4. Click create
  
  Result:
  
  You receive a message
  stating the required fields are missing, but the transaction
  sends regardless.
  
  Expected Result:
  
  Transaction doesn't send
  as the record validates required data is
  missing.
  
  Environment:
  
  Maximo Anywhere 7.6.3.1 IFIX 1
