Disable checksum offloading for virtual ethernet adapters that use IEEE802.3 ethernet frames
Problem summary
When using IEEE802.3 interface on a Virtual Ethernet Adapter(VEA), checksum offload and native largesend is not handled. The packets with checksum offload and largesend(PLSO not supported platform) enabled may be dropped.
Problem conclusion
Code added in VEA to handle checksum offload and largesend in IEEE802.3 packets
