* Systems running the VIOS 2.2.x.x Technology Level
* with devices.pci.df1000f7.com below the 6.1.9.402 level.

* ERROR DESCRIPTION:
* Possible undetected data corruption can occur when using the
* following Fibre Channel adapters on AIX or VIOS:
*
* PCIe LP 8 Gb 2-Port Fibre Channel Adapter
* (FC 5273; CCIN 577D)
* 8 Gb PCI Express Dual-port Fibre Channel Adapter
* (FC 5735; CCIN 577D)
* PCIe2 FH 4-Port 8 Gb Fibre Channel Adapter
* (FC 5729; CCIN 5729)

* With these adapters it is possible that I/Os may be reissued
* with incorrect data being written to or read from the disk.
  **************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IJ21576.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* either
* ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij21576/
* https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij21576/
* Installation of the ifix requires a reboot.
