IJ21564: VIOS 3.1.1 SSP MAY NOT RECOVER FROM NETWORK LOSS

Error description

  * USERS AFFECTED:
  * Systems running VIOS 3.1.1.10 with pool.basic.rte at
  * 7.2.4.1.
    **************************************************************
  * ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  * On VIOS 3.1.1 only, SSP may not recover from a network loss.
  * If the network communication between the server node and
  * client nodes is broken for long enough to cause the server to
  * resign, the pool may become inaccessible from any node from
  * that point forward.
  *
  * This scenario can be avoided if storage pool disk
  * communication is enabled for the cluster.  However, it is
  * still recommended to apply this fix if using SSP on
  * VIOS 3.1.1.
    **************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:
  * Install APAR IJ21564.
  * Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
  * either
  * ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij21564/
  * https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij21564/
  * The ifix can be installed using Live Update (LU).
  * If LU is not used, installation of the ifix requires a
  * reboot.
