• PROBLEM:  Error on load of Graphical Assignment record
  
  STEPS:
  1) Go to Graphical Assignment application
  2) Bring up any existing record and go to Assignment View tab
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: Assignment view should show without any
  error
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR: Get error:  BMXAA4214E - An unknown error
  has occurred
  
  Maximo log shows the error below:
