Local fix

• This issue only shows up when the following option is used:
  -Xgc:concurrentScavenge
  The issue can be worked around by removing the above option.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when an assertion failure event is
  mistakenly issued in monitor table read barrier.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated and the unnecessary assertion event is
  removed.
