IJ18724: CANNOT CREATE NEW APPLICATION USING APPLICATION DESIGNER APPLICATION.

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  Unable to create a new application from Application
  Designer, the mouse freezes with a busy state when click
  Viewport.
   This issue occurs the first time you go to Application
  Designer application to create a new application.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    a. Go to Application Designer application and click "New
  Application Definition" button to open the box.
   b. Set the below data in the fields:
   Application = TESTWO
   Description = Test WO
   Main Object = WORKORDER
   Key Attribute =  WONUM
   Module Name = WO
   c. When click the "Viewport" field, the mouse is freezing
  with a busy state (spinning).
   d. If you refresh the screen or click the "Go back one
  page" several times to get out of Application Designer
  application. Then go back   to the Application Designer
  application, you can set the value in the "Viewport" field and
  create new application.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
   The mouse should not freeze with a busy state the first
  time you try to create a new application in Application
  Designer application.
