Error description

  • It has been identified that exports can be too large for email
    making them unable to be downloaded within QRadar SasS
    environments.
    Messages similar to the following might be visible when this
    issue is occurring:
    'Your export job has completed. The file size exceeds the email
    attachment limit, you can download the results using the below
    link.
    Note that the link is valid for one download only.'

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
