APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • It has been identified that the QRadar Network Insights (QNI)
    install menu on a fresh install of QRadar 7.3.2 patch 2
    displays the options for a 6000 and 6100 appliance type, but
    not a QNI 6200 appliance.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
    

Problem summary

  • This issue was fixed in QRadar QRM QVM release of 7.4.0 and
    7.3.3 FixPack 4.
