  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  - O Graphical Scheduling and Graphical Scheduling - Large
  Project
  - Load 2 work orders linked each order - WO02 Predecessor as
  WO01
  - Right Click over the Constraint and select Edit
  - At the lead value set the -2 negative value
  - Click ok at the dialog.
  - Run the CPM pn Selected records
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
  - The record get moved before 2 hours align with WO01
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
  - The record get moved after 2 hours and not before two hours
  as it should
