IJ17525: USER IS UNABLE TO CHANGE CLEARANCE STATUS FROM RESTORE TO RELEASE WHEN A CONFLICT EXISTS BUT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a conflict arises on clearance, the application does not
  allow the change of status from RESTORE to RELEASE even
  though there has been an acceptance related to the conflict.
  
  
  Steps to replicate:
  
  1- Create CL 1000, add Tag 1000 on VALVE001, position OPEN.
  2- Move CL 1000 to APPR.
  3- Create CL 1001, add Tag 1001 on VALVE001, position CLOSED.
  4- Move CL 1001 to READY, Accept conflict.
  5- Set Restoration position on Tag 1001 to CLOSED, set
  Restoration sequence.
  6- Move CL 1001 to RESTORE, Accept Conflict.
  7- Try to change CL 1001 status back to RELEASE
  
  RESULT: you get an error message: BMXAK0112E - This status
  change is not allowed.
  EXPECTED RESULT
  
  You should allow the change status and display the
  dialog box for accepting the conflict because Tag 1000 is still
  at DRAFT.
