Error description
When a WF process ends it should reset the Route WF toolbar button to the inactive shape. When your WF process ends with an INTERACTION node that goes to a newly created WO the shape does not reset for the WO that was started into WF. The newly created WO also shows the active shape for the Route WF toolbar button. Both should show as inactive as neither WO is active in WF. This is similar to APAR IV26310 but that was for an Interaction node that went to Start Center. In the steps below the purpose of the WF process is to create a new WO from the WO you are working with, then to end the WF process and go to the new WO. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to the Actions application and create a new Action: Action: CREATEWOTST Object: WORKORDER Type: Application Action Value: CREATEWO 2. Save. 3. Create a new WF process for Workorder with these nodes: Start------>Interaction------->Stop 4. On the Action Arrow from Start to Interaction add the Action CREATEWOTST created above. 5. The properties for the Interaction node are: Application: WOTrack Relation: newworkorder 6. Save, Enable, Activate. If the dialog about Adding WF Support to the WO applications appears, click OK. When it is finished you will have to log out and log back in to continue. 7. Go to WOTrack and create a new WO. 8. Click on the Route WF button to start the new WO into the process created above. RESULTS: The message that the WF Process has been stopped is displayed and now you see the newly created WO, the one created by the WF process (not the one created in step 7 above) in the WOTrack screen. Note that the Route WF toolbar button is in the active shape but the new WO is not in WF. Query up the WO created in step 7 above and you will see that it's Route WF toolbar button is also in the active shape. But if you go to View WF History it says the process was stopped so it should no longer have the active shape. If you click the New Work Order button that new WO will also display the active shape for the Route WF toolbar button. EXPECTED RESULTS You should see the newly created WO but its Route WF button should be in the inactive shape. The Route WF button for the WO created in step 7 should be in the inactive shape. The Route WF button for the any other WO you create should be in the inactive shape. VERSION INFORMATION: 7.6.0.8 and in the pre-GA 7.6.1.2.
