IJ16637: THE ITEM MASTER AND METTERS APPLICATIONS OPENS WITH A WHITE SCREEN

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Cloud Delivery Services (CDS) Maximo EAM SaaS FLEX client
  
  The Item Master and Meters application opens with a White
  Screen after Upgrade to 7.6.1.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 - Open maximo as administratot user.
  2 - Go to Inventory / Item Master.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Maximo shows a White Screen
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Maximo should shows Item Master application.
  
  The same issue occur with Meters Application.
  
  
  Issue is similar to APAR - IJ13174
  However, It's happening in Maximo for Utilities.
  
  Maximo core uses this field class on ITEM.ITEMNUM attribute:
  psdi.app.item.FldItemItemStructItemnum, this is the same class
  extended on Asset Configuration Management.
  
  Issue is on Maximo for Utilities because It's declaring that is
  extending psdi.app.item.FldItemnum.
  The problem is on product XML, in tnd.xml file. and after
  correct this file, the updatedb execution will correct this
  issue making the industry solution class file extend the
  correct class set the correct class on database.
