IJ16232: BIM MISSING TREE AND VIEWER MENU OPTIONS IN WORK ORDER

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Open the viewer on the Work Order go to 3D View tab, render the
  model, go to the Maximo controls at the top, both markup button
  are missing.  The tree view on the left is no longer rendering
  correctly.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. In work Order Tracking and select a work order whose
  asset/location is already associated with the Model.
  
  2. You will see that the location on the top section does not
  change and also the mid-section tree view is also not populated.
