More Actions > Inventory. Options > Inventory Costs
Site WOKING under Issue Cost select Average Cost
    2) Go to Exchange Rates application and make sure that for each
of the organizations (EAGLENA and EAGLEUK) there is a created

    To currency: USD
    Rate: 2.00
    From Currency: USD
    To currency: GBP
    Rate: 0.50
    3) Make sure WOKING site has a valid financial period and a
    storeroom
    4) Go to Item Master application and create a new item
add this item to Central Storeroom (Bedford site) and the
    Woking site storeroom
    for both storerooms add
    Balance: 10
    Cost: 10
    5) Go to Inventory Usage application and create new Usage

    From Storeroom: CENTRAL
    New Row
    Add item created above
    Quantity 1
    Under Transfer Details
    To Site: WOKING
    To Storeroom: Woking's storeroom

    6) Change Usage to Shipped status
    7) In the any database tools run the follow:
SELECT * FROM MATRECTRANS WHERE ITEMNUM = 'item_created_above'
CURRENCYUNITCOST and CURRENCYLINECOST will have 10
    8) In the Default Information change your profile:
    Default Insert Site: WOKING
    9) Go to Shipment Receiving application and bring up the usage
    record created above
Under Shipment Receipts, click on Select Shipped Items
    select the item
    OK
    Save
RESULTS: After run the query SELECT * FROM MATRECTRANS WHERE
ITEMNUM = 'item_created_above' the CURRENCYUNITCOST and
CURRENCYLINECOST columns still remain with 10 where Issuetype =
    SHIPRECEIPT
The exchange rate has not been applied
EXPECTED RESULTS: The exchange rate should be applied on these
    fields.
    NOTE:
If you do the same test but now creating an usage record from
WOKING site and then receiving this shipment in the BEDFORD
    site, the exchange rate works.
