Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem is due to encoder and decoder instances of charset
    are shared among threads in multi threaded environment.
    According to api spec of CharsetEncoder and CharsetDecoder,
    instances of this class are not safe for use by multiple
    concurrent threads.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The JDK has been updated to avoid sharing the instances of
    CharsetEncoder and CharsetDecoder among multiple threads
    .
    This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
       8    SR5 FP35  (8.0.5.35)
