The list field value will be defaulted to "End Date", which means the calculation for Scheduled Date will be "End Date" + "Capture Lag". But, if the customer doesn't want to see those duplicates, then they can select the list value as Start Date which means the calculation for Scheduled Date will be "Start Date" + "Capture Lag".
Local fix
Problem summary
The Scheduled Date on Job Run Item records created from Job Scheduler or System Job Scheduler Forms is displaying duplicate entries for the last two records because of the current calculation of End Date + Capture Lag. The issue has been resolved by providing another way of calculating the Scheduled Date using Start Date + Capture Lag. This issue will be resolved in our next major release version, which is tentatively planned for 1H 2019.
