Error description
When the Hourly Rate field in the Crew Types application is changed to 0 or Null, the same field in the CU Estimanting (TD) application is updated with 0 instead of maintaining the original value or, setting the Override Hourly Rate (Crew Types application) STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Go to Crafts application and create some new records Craft: Craft1 Standard Rate: 52.00 Save Create another 2 crafts with the same standard rate value Delete all Premium Pay lines 2. Go to Crew Types application and create a new crew In the Required Crafts section put all the 3 crafts created above Override Hourly Rate: 52.00 Save The Hourly Rate filed is updated to 52.00 3. Go to Organisations (T&D) - Pick up EAGLENA More Action > T&D Options > Work Type Options New Row Complete Work Type: choose any (choose any one that has not yet been chosen) Crew Type: The crew created above Task Type: Any More Action> Configure Crafts and mark "Use with CU" all the crafts created above OK 4. Go to CU Library (T&D) and create a new one CU: CULABX CU Level: 3 Unit of Measure: EACH Task Type: the same added in the step 3 Work Type: the same added in the step 3 Check: Station Detail? CU Detail? BID Unit? Yes Required? Labor tab: Add New Row Crew Type = null Install: 0,053 Remove: 0 Transfer: 0 Save and Active CU Library 5. Go to CU Estimating (T&D) and create a new Estimate Request. Versions Tab add New Row: Check: Task by Type? Work Group: 1001 Storeroom: CENTRAL Save Go to Stations Tab Add New Row in the Stations Subtab Station: 1 Description TEST Save Add New Row in the Compatible Units Station: 1 Work Function: Install Quantity: 1 CU Name: CU Library created above Save Common Action > Perform Estimation OK 5. Go to Summary tab and Labor Subtab: A new row is created and the field Hourly Rate is 52.00 as Hourly Rate filed (Crew Types application) 6. Go back to the Crew Types application and enter each of the associated crafts (use the hyperlink for Crafts application) and clear the Standard Rate filed Save and go back to the Crew Types application. Change anything in this application just you can save the record. The Override Hourly Rate remains at 52.00 The Hourly Rate filed is updated to 0 7. Go back to the CU Estimating (T&D) application and bring up the Estimate created in the step 5 Go to Summary tab > Labor subtab - The Hourly Rate remains at 52.00 Common Action > Perform Estimation OK RESULTS: Hourly Rate is updated to 0 EXPECTED RESULTS: Hourly Rate should remain the same value (52.00) or take the Override Hourly Rate value from Crew Types application REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo for Utilities 7.6.0.1
