  Receiving a system message when we save a CU Estimate with an
  expandable CU. The System Message is: BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch
  operation failed in the mboset with the SQL error code 1008.
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Create the CU?s in the CU Library:
  Create child 1 CU
  Populate the following fields:
  CU: TEST.CHILD.1
  DESCRIPTION: TEST CHILD CU 1
  CU LEVEL: 2
  STATION DETAIL = Checked
  JOB INSTRUCTION = Checked
  CU DETAIL = Checked
  Save and change the CU status to ACTIVE
  
  Create child 2 CU
  Populate the following fields:
  CU: TEST.CHILD.2
  DESCRIPTION: TEST CHILD CU 2
  CU LEVEL: 2
  STATION DETAIL = Checked
  JOB INSTRUCTION = Checked
  CU DETAIL = Checked
  Save and change the CU status to ACTIVE
  
  Create child 3 CU
  Populate the following fields:
  CU: TEST.CHILD.3
  DESCRIPTION: TEST CHILD CU 3
  CU LEVEL: 2
  STATION DETAIL = Checked
  JOB INSTRUCTION = Checked
  CU DETAIL = Checked
  Save and change the CU status to ACTIVE
  
  Create the parent CU to the three children:
  Populate the following fields:
  CU: TEST.PARENT
  DESCRIPTION: PARENT OF TEST CUs
  CU LEVEL: 3
  STATION DETAIL = Checked
  EXPANDABLE = Checked
  AUTO EXPAND = Checked
  CU DETAIL = Checked
  Save and change the CU status to ACTIVE
  Add child CU?s created above to the parent:
  
  Note: In this example added CU ? TEST.CHILD.3 twice with
  different
  voltages.
  
  Click new row under the child CU tab
  Populate the following fields:
  CU = TEST.CHILD.1
  QUANTITY = 1
  VOLTAGE = null
  
  Click new row under the child CU tab
  Populate the following fields:
  CU = TEST.CHILD.2
  QUANTITY = 1
  VOLTAGE = 13
  
  Click new row under the child CU tab
  Populate the following fields:
  CU = TEST.CHILD.3
  QUANTITY = 1
  VOLTAGE = 23
  
  Click new row under the child CU tab
  Populate the following fields:
  CU = TEST.CHILD.3
  QUANTITY = 1
  VOLTAGE = 13
  Click Save Icon
  
  Go to CU Estimating (T&D) application
  Click New the New Estimate icon on the toolbar.
  Populate the following fields:
  Description = TEST ESTIMATE
  Request Type = JOB
  
  Click new row on the versions tab to create an estimate version.
  Description = TEST VERSION
  Estimate Type = DESIGN
  Work Group = Select a valid work group
  Storeroom = Select a valid storeroom
  Voltage = 13
  Click Save Icon
  
  Click on the Stations tab and create a station by clicking on
  New
  Station.
  Populate the following fields:
  STATION = 1
  DESCRIPTION = STATION 1
  Save the station.
  
  Click on the Compatible Units Tab.
  Click on New Row to add the Parent Expandable CU to the Station.
  Populate the following fields:
  CU Name = TEST.PARENT
  Work Function = I
  Quantity = 1
  Expand = (make sure the expand is checked)
  Tab out
  Click Save Icon
  
  Results
  BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with
  the SQL
  error code 1008. The record could not be retrieved from the
  database.
