  * Systems running the AIX 7200-00 Technology Level
  * with devices.chrp.vdevice.rte at the 7.2.0.0 level or
  * devices.chrp.pci.rte at the the 7.2.0.0 level.

  * ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  * Possible undetected data loss can occur with the optional
  * Power9 NVMe feature.  We have seen this issue occur under
  * heavy I/O stress. We have not seen this occur when the NVMe
  * devices are used for boot devices and non-intensive
  * workloads as recommended in the feature descriptions in the
  * Power9 NVMe RFA.  This only affects the VIOS/AIX LPAR(s)
  * using the NVMe devices.

  * RECOMMENDATION:
  * An interim fix is available from either
  * ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij11253/
  * https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij11253/
  * Installation of the ifix requires a reboot.
