  Problem found in: Found in 3.6.0.0 Check release notes after
  TRIRIGA 3.6.0.0
  
  Symptom: When adding a new State Transition to a Business Object
  and a Form, the state transition does not appear in Security
  Groups
  
  When adding a new State Transition to a Business Object and then
  to the Form the Form does not appear in Security Groups until a
  lot of time passes.  This could be a number of hours.  Clearing
  TRIRIGA cache does not speed this up.
  
  1) Go to the Data Modeler and select triNotificationAction ->
  triContractNotification
  2) Revise the BO and go to State Transition
  3) Add a new State Transition
  4) Publish the new BO
  5) Go to Form Builder and select triNotificationAction ->
  triContractNotification
  6) Revise that form
  7) Click on state transition
  8) Click on Find and select the new state transition
  9) Save and publish the form
  10) Go to Security Manager and bring up the group TRIRIGA RE
  Contract Manager - Fundamentals
  11) Go to Access tab
  12) Select triNotificationAction ->triContractNotification in
  the left hand side
  
  Note that you will not see your new State Transition in the
  right hand side.  After waiting several hours, the new State
  Transition will eventually appear.
  
  Expected fix: Adding data into the APPLICATION_DATA table when
  the form is published.
  
  Expected fix in version: Problem reported in 4Q2018.  We are
  unable to project a target for resolution at this time.  Please
  check future release notes.

Local fix

Problem summary

• Fixed an issue where a newly added state transition to BO and a
  Form was not showing up in Security Manager groups. It now
  appears as expected. This issue will be resolved in our next
  major release version, which is tentatively planned for 1H 2019.
