Error description

• After extending payments by creating a new payment schedule
  associated to the same payment instruction for a given type, the
  start date and end dates of the payment instruction are updated
  from the new payment schedule alone, it is missing the period of
  existing payment schedule.
  
  Expected fix in version: Reported in 4Q2018. A target date for
  release has not yet been determined.
  
  Expected Fix: Correct Payment Instructions are created for
  extended date range.

Problem summary

• After extending payments by creating a new payment schedule and
  associated to the same payment instruction for a given type,
  only Effective To Date of the payment instruction are updated.
  The Effective From Date is not changed. This issue will be
  resolved in our next major release version, which is tentatively
  planned for 1H 2019.
