IJ08990: WebSphereScript sensor gets SSH2FatalException: Key exchange failed: server's signature didn't verify (uc)

Error description

• The WebSphereScriptSensor shows the error
  in SSH2 session when the taddm attempts to change the permission
   of the directory and sets the same permission that already
  exist. As a part of this APAR, a check is added in the code with
   skips the execution of chmod command if the permissions of the
  target directory are same as the permission set in collation
  property. If the value specified in the collation property is in
   any form other than the numeric form like u+g, then if the
  directory already exist, no permissions will be changed and if
  the directory does not exit , then the directory is created with
   the default permissions 777.
