Error description

  • It has been identified that the AQL GEO::LOOKUP function is
    unable to query the network hierarchy in a multi-tenant QRadar
    environment.
    This issue also causes QRadar Apps using this function to not
    work properly in regards to geolocation mapping to the Network
    Hierarchy when expected.
    

Local fix

  • No workaround available.
