APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • It has been identified that using the Security Technical
    Implementation Guide (STIG) scripts on QRadar version 7.3.0 and
    7.3.1 cause the App Framework to fail.  When these scripts are
    run on the Console, QRadar Apps fail to load due to a
    microservices component failure.
    

Local fix

  • Contact Support for a possible workaround that might address
    this issue in some instances.
