• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 Go to the Cron Task Setup application
  2 Turn off the DepreciationFinTransCronTask crontask
  3 Go to Work Order Tracking application
  4 Create a new Work Order
  5 Change the status to APPR
  6 Go to the Actuals tab
  Go to the Materials sub-tab
  Enter a few thousand lines for various items
  7 Save the record
  8 Check the log.  The system queries the depreciation table for
  the item entered for the work order and cause high mbocount
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: the system is looping through items
  in the empty depreciation table
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: the system should not query the depreciation
  table
