• Problem type: Platform - Offline  Forms
  
  Found In Product Version:  3.5.3.x
  
  Symptom: Cannot process an Offline Form when submitting a group
  move request with 5 or more people
  
  Sample Steps to Reproduce
  
  1 Log in to the application
  2. Go to Request > Manage Requests >Move Services
  3. Filter for Group Move in Draft status
  4. Open on Group Move
  5. In the Move Details, enter more than 5 line items using Add
  button
  6. Go to Move Grid tab and click the button 1. Create and Fill
  the Move Grid
  7. The workflow for the generation of the move grid will run
  and it fails at the Populate task (Out Of The Box)
  8. This workflow retrieves the the offline template and maps it
  to the field
  
  Note: This process fails only if the number of line items are
  more than 5
  
  Expected fix in version:  Reported 3Q 2018 - A fix has yet to
  be determined and we are unable to project a target at this time
  
  Expected Fix:  Offline form should be generated when more than
  5 people are added to a Service Request
  
  Work-Around:  User can select any of the TRUE/FALSE Data
  Validation cells. After which, go to the Excel Data tab,
  navigate to Data Validation -> Data Validation. select the
  Apply these changes to all other cells with the same settings
  checkbox. Then click the Clear All button, then click the OK
  button.

Local fix

Problem summary

• A validation issue has been resolved in offlining. Now, when an
  offline form is populated, which has validation on more than 5
  rows of data, the offline form will be populated without error.
  This issue will be resolved in our next major release version,
  which is tentatively planned for 1H 2019.
