Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • PrepareRepair acquires SGDescCache but does not release it
when DEVASSERTS is disabled which leads SGDescCache's
useCount keep growing and overflows.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • In this routine, SGDescCache is only used when DEVASSERTS
is enabled. Put acquireSGCopy call into DEVASSERTS scope.
