Error description

  • It has been identified that modifying the start time within the
    Log Activity tab for a search can cause the User Interface
    window to become blank for some QRadar user locales.
    
    This behavior has been observed when the QRadar locales are set
    to Korean, and Suomi, and would also be affecting any other
    locales with a display time not in the format of "hh:mm".
    
    For example (with affected locales):
    1. Navigate to Log Activity
    2. Select Last 5 minutes
    3. Modify start time (eg. change start time from 12:40 to 12:35)
    4. Select "Update"
    The User interface window becomes blank.
    

Local fix

  • No workaround available.
    

Problem summary

  • This issue was fixed in QRadar QRM QVM release of 728 patch 13
    interimfix 01, 728 patch 14 and 731 patch 6.
