Error description
This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS Explorer V5.4.0.
Local fix
Problem summary
- When closing a resource view, an incorrect WidgetIsDisposed error is sometimes received. - In some circumstances when using the MFA-enabled server more than one cookie is returned and the LTPA token is not stored by CICS Explorer for authentication. - Using Installation Manager, when installing, national languages are installed regardless as to whether the languages boxes are selected or not. - In the policy editor, undo/redo sometimes does not correctly enable and disable combo box controls.
Problem conclusion
- When closing a resource view, there is no longer a WidgetIsDisposed error. - When using the MFA-enabled server only one cookie is now returned and the LTPA token is therefore correctly stored by CICS Explorer for authentication. - Using Installation Manager, only the languages selected are installed - In the policy editor, undo/redo now enables and disables combo box controls correctly. . This fix will be made available in Version 5.4.0.10 of the CICS Explorer. .
