Error description
Maximo Work center search can't find Cyrillic chars When searching in Maximo work centers (for example Asset in the Self Service app) search can't find IDs and Descriptions with Cyrillic symbols. Application effected ==================== Self Service app and work center Reproduced in TPAE 7609 by L2 STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Log in to maximo with maxadmin 2. Go to asset application 3. Create new asset : Enter some Cyrillic entry on the asset field and in the description field save 4. Open a new tab and paste: http://mxsystems14.canlab.ibm.com/maximo-x/#/selfservice 5. Go to Manage Service request 6. Submit a new request 7. Choose any , ex Restrooms 8. Describe the issue, choose any 9.
