  Manager Application.
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Open Map Manager application.
  2. In service layers section, configure a new GIS object which
  its feature counterpart contains a domain.
  3. After going through the final step of creating the object,
  domain error is thrown.
