Error description

• 1. Install the PHA 723, create a base cluster as below.

  2. Get the clavailability.log file details from odm and using
  smit menu.  use below command to get check the details
  clavailability.log file > odmget HACMPlogs check the values of
  clavailability.log name = "clavailability.log" description =
  "Detailed information of statistics used by availability
  metrics tool" defaultdir = "/var/hacmp/availability" value =
  "/var/hacmp/availability" rfs = "false" size = 2
  
  >Use the smit menu to view the log directory clavailability.log
  file.  smitty hacmp -> System Management (C-SPOC) -> PowerHA
  SystemMirror Logs -> Change/Show a Cluster Log Directory ->
  clavailability.log Cluster Log Name clavailability.log Cluster
  Log Description Generated by cluster utilities and file
  propagation Default Log Destination Directory /var/hacmp/log
  
      Log Destination Directory Ý/var/hacmp/log¨ Allow Logs on
      Remote Filesystems false
  
  check that the Cluster Log Description, Default Log Destination
  Directory, Log Destination Directory, values of
  clavailability.log are not same as the values in the ODM
  HACMPlogs.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• cllog always displays information related to clutils.log file
  

Problem conclusion

• Correct logic in cllog such that it displays accurate
  information related to log file
