Error description

  • It has been identified that peforming a Recovery reinstall on a
    High Availability Primary can sometimes fail to complete
    successfully.
    In these particular instances, the qradar_hasetup.log log can
    display messages similar to "Not enough store partition space
    on secondary" and the host state changes from "Restoring" to
    "Unknown" in the System and License Management window.
    This issue has currently been identified on 1400 and 1899
    appliance types (but could possilbly affect others).
    Example of message displayed from qradar_hasetup.log when this
    issue is occurring:
    [HA Setup (S-M-R--)] [ERROR] Not enough store partition space
    on secondary: Secondary size is: 222241603 and Primary size is:
    263634944

  • No workaround available.
