Error description
Period 2020-07 should have the amount of the partial last of the first payment schedule and partial first of the second payment schedule combined, but it shows only $10,000. Import GMI 544 calendar first. Create a lease start 12/29/2014 and expired on 1/26/2025. Create 2 monthly payment schedules - 1/1/2015 - 12/15/2019 for $10,000 (Partial Last Amount) - 12/16/2019 - 12/31/2024 for $20,000 (Partial First Amount) Submit for Accounting Review. Set Accounting Start = 12/29/2014 and Accounting End = 1/26/2025. Accounting Calendar = 5-4-4 Fiscal Year Calendar FASB Treatment, FASB Lease Type = Building and Land and click Calculate Lease Treatment. Click Generate Accounting Schedules.

Problem summary
When using the retail calendar, NPV is now calculated correctly. The liability and asset value are coming down to 0 at the end of the lease term. This issue will be resolved in our next major release version, which is tentatively planned for 1H 2018.
