Error description

  • This APAR includes fixes to various defects identified in CICS
Explorer V5.4.0.

Problem summary


    

  • - When there is a scrollable data set and an exception is thrown
from DB2, an infinite loop could be encountered.
- If CICS Explorer encounters a workspace with views in a format
that it does not understand all the views show as completely
blank.
- From CICS Regions view, if you right click and choose Show SIT
parameters, combined, the WLMHEALTH SIT parameter is not
present.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • - If an exception is thrown in DB2, every error on a scrollable
data set will only be tried once.
- If CICS Explorer encounters a workspace with views in a format
it does not understand an error message is now shown and
temporary views are provided.
- From CICS Regions view, when you right click and choose Show
SIT parameters, combined, the WLMHEALTH SIT parameter has now
been made available.

This fix will be made available in Version 5.4.0.7 of the CICS
Explorer.
