Error description
It has been identified that the RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) kernel version that is included within QRadar 7.3.1.x can cause unexpected reboots of appliances on Lenovo x3550 M5 and x3650 M5 hardware. Investigation of these unexpected reboot leads to a kernel panic message similar to the following: kernel BUG at mm/page_alloc.c:1389! In instances where an affected QRadar appliance is writing out information/data to disk, and an unexpected reboot occurs due to the kernel panic, data/file corruption is possible.
