APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 1. Go To Work Order Tracking Application
    2. Open any Work Order (record WONUM), Add new attachment,
    check below check box Add document to the document library for
    others to use?
    3. Click on view attachment to verify the attachment can be
    opened correctly
    4. Verify that attachment is also added to Doclinks directory
    5. Open any other Work Order, Add same attachment to this work
    order using  Add from Library  option (Keep folder name same as
    in step 2)
    6. Click on view attachment and delete the attachment added in
    Step 5
    7. Step 6 will also delete the attachment file from Doclinks
    folder
    8. Open the same work order as in Step 2
    9. Click on View attachment and open attachment added in Step2.
    This will not open attachment as the file is deleted from
    Doclinks folder (step 7)
    => The problem only occurs when the doclink attachment folder
    is using UNC path
