Error description

• When the image is updated with Windows updates and tried to
  build a new image. The image creation is failing.
  
  The action script of the action is failing on the Validation
  part (first action script).

Local fix

• regedit can be used to skip the failing check:
  
  1) Go to registry key
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Setup\Upgrade\Pnp
  
  2) Edit DWORD TargetVersion value (select Decimal) and change
  it to same DWORD decimal value showed in SourceVersion
  (167786553)
